Acceptance

By accessing Vutton, creating an account, or using its features, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

Accounts

• Some features are public, but uploads, comments, reports, favorites, and playlists may require sign-in.
• You are responsible for your account activity and keeping your account secure.
• You may not use another person’s account without permission or submit false information.

Service Nature

Vutton is a platform for finding and playing Vuttons based on short audio, titles, tags, and source information submitted by users.

Vutton does not officially represent any creator, agency, original platform, or rights holder, and does not grant permission to use original content on their behalf.

User Content

Audio files, titles, sources, tags, comments, reports, and other material submitted by users are user content.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate laws, third-party rights, creator or agency guidelines, original platform policies, or Vutton policies.

You grant Vutton a non-exclusive right to store, copy, transform, transmit, display, and play user content as needed to operate the service, moderation, search, playback, share links, and report handling.

This permission is for operating Vutton and does not mean you obtain or guarantee rights in the original content that you do not otherwise hold.

Rights Holder and Creator Requests

If a rights holder, creator, agency, or authorized representative raises a concern, Vutton may temporarily hide, reject, delete, or request additional verification for the content.

Repeated or serious violations may lead to limits on account features, upload restrictions, or access restrictions.

Review and Removal

• Uploaded Vuttons may start as PENDING and may later become APPROVED, REJECTED, or TEMP_BLOCK depending on moderation or reports.
• Vutton may restrict or remove content suspected of rights violations, insufficient sources, inappropriate content, or policy violations.
• Submitting a report does not guarantee a status change. Reports are saved for operational review.

Prohibited Uses

• Uploading content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights
• Harassment, hate, threats, illegal information, malware, spam, or abusive automation
• Bypassing service security or misusing private playback URLs and storage paths
• Impersonating creators, agencies, or operators, or intentionally misrepresenting sources
• Uploading clips or extracted audio in a way prohibited by the original platform, creator, or agency

External Links and Original Platforms

Source links on Vutton help identify original material, but Vutton does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or policy compliance of external sites.

You should also review the terms, community guidelines, copyright policies, and creator-specific clipping policies of original platforms such as YouTube and Twitch.

Service Changes

Vutton may change, suspend, or limit features to maintain stable operation.

Free features may change in scope or availability without prior notice.

Disclaimers and Liability

Vutton does not guarantee the accuracy, rights status, or external links contained in user content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vutton may limit liability for indirect damages related to service use or interruption.

Changes to Terms

When these Terms change, the last updated date will be revised. Material changes may be announced through appropriate in-service notices.
